About Juan
My name is Juan Felipe Osorio, I am a graphic design professional with an emphasis on brand design, digital and print graphics and 3D design with international certification by AUTODESK with more than 10 years of experience in 3D and more than 15 in graphic design.
I have worked in different agencies, companies and universities, always giving the best of me.
In this course we will learn the basics to enter the world of 3D modeling, knowing the tools, the environment of the software and we will begin to take our first renders and motivate ourselves to continue learning about this visualization tool.

In this FIRST LEVEL, we will start with the basic module, understanding the simulated 3D spatiality of the software, the main tools, creating 2D objects: SHAPES, creating basic 3D geometries: PRIMITIVES and creating basic objects with them.
In the next module, we will see an introduction to the basic modifiers to give more detail to our models, we will see the different types of modeling and we will have a brief approach to the construction of basic materials, search for references, textures among others.

In this module, we will learn camera settings, basic framing information (thirds theory, composition). Lighting of the scenes (interior and exterior lighting) and finally the configuration of the Vray render engine to take our images.
As a final project, we will make a scene with what we have learned, using 3D Max as a modeling tool and the Vray render engine for image production.
