About Mehek Siddique

I have completed my diploma in Craftsmanship in Bakery and Patisserie and now I am a pastry Chef. I am also currently a home baker. I have done several courses on baking and have mastered the techniques for professional baking.

About the lesson

My teaching method includes an interactive session. Its a give and take education class. Powerpoint presentations would be conducted. Material is to be sourced by the students. Assignments would be given to the students and it can include written as well as practical.
