About Sarai
In addition to the 200+ hours of in class tuition completed on Triyoga’s prestigious Teacher Training, I have designed a comprehensive 6 Week Beginners Course, completed over 300 hours of personal practice with approved senior teachers, as well as ongoing observing, assisting and teaching with students from a variety of backgrounds and experiences, listed below:
● 18 hours of Observing Senior Triyoga Teachers.
● 15 hours of Assisting Senior Triyoga Teachers.
● Assisting on ‘Yoga for Partially Sighted and Blind People Project in partnership with BlindAid’. LEVELSIX
Yoga. Sept 20 - Dec 20.
● Personalised ‘Yoga for Sports Persons Course’ for Euston Power Basketball Team, 12 sessions delivered
over Zoom April 20 - Aug 20.
● Bi-Weekly Yin and Slow Flow classes, Zoom. Sept 20 - Present.
● Private 1:1 clients, including children aged 9 - 14, in person. Sept 20 - Present.

I teach incrementally, providing options for all levels of strength/flexibility to ensure inclusivity. Each class is created with an anatomical, philosophical and energetic intention at it’s heart. Drawing upon my extensive anatomy training to sequence the class in such a way that prepares the body for our peak poses, whilst also using philosophy and breath work to work towards calming the mind and creating a quiet focus within.

*I have group classes available on zoom for £10 a class:
- Yang/Yin, Wednesdays 6.30-7.45pm
- Morning Slow Flow, Fridays 7.30-8:30am
* 1:1 in person class is £35 including travel.
*1:1 zoom class is £25.
