About Naomi
Being a student with ADHD can be challenging but I have managed to excel within the field of social work. I graduated with honours from the Assaulted Women's and Children's program at George Brown College then fast-tracked through George Brown's Social Service Worker program with honours. Currently I am finishing up my social work BSW at Ryerson currently with a 4.0 GPA. I have experience in a variety of different environments and populations including youth, women, non-profits, schools, and more.

With a field like social work, typically, I approach teaching in a relaxed approach focused on creating a dynamic dialogue to better grasp and understand concepts. When it comes to more concrete information needing to be memorized I find it helpful to tailor my methods to what is best for the student, whether that be mock exams, flash cards, discussions, role playing, etc. I am flexible and want to personalize my approach to each individual.
