About Dine

Personal trainer and yoga instructor, I am passionate by working out and moving through different approaches,
I have been teaching dancing, yoga vinyasa, boxing, fitness for more than 7 years in Paris.
From a fitness background, yoga has been like a revelation for me three years ago. Indeed, for the first time I found an holistic practice, matching body and mind together.

After attending a retreat and training in Australia, my passion was strengthened. Nowadays, I am happy to be able to accompany my students in this amazing journey.

Certified instructor, dynamic, creative and dedicated to my students, I always offer well designed classes, which suit your level, needs and expectations.

About the lesson

Hello !

Do you want to improve your health, your physical and mental wellbeing ?
Do you want to deeply strengthen your body ?
Do you want to Increase your stamina and your concentration ?
Do you want to feel more lined up in your body and mind ?

Here I am to help you reaching your goals !

Through the sequence of well selected poses, you will develop your muscles, improve your coordination, your balance, your flexibility and your posture, bringing mental and physical wellbeing to your daily routine.

Besides, all the poses are on rhythm with a specific breathing, which allows you to concentrate and let go of mental and physical stress.
Each session ends by a relaxation time.

I take time from the first session to get to know you better, in order to adapt the practice as much as I can with your personality, needs, lifestyle, internal motivators, schedule, to offer an enjoyable practice, and allow yourself to keep motivation in the long run.
