About Vika
During the last years of my adventures around the world I have been dedicating my time mainly to yoga - a life-long path of exploring oneself, both physically and mentally, and I consider it a privilege, to be able to share it with others. I have taught yoga in my native Latvia, in Mexico, in Madrid, and for the last couple of years, in my second home town, Bilbao.

The advantage of opting for private yoga classes is that these will be adjusted to your rhythm and physical and mental condition. Together, we will develop a Bikram yoga based routine (complementing, if necessarry, with Ashtanga-Vinyasa postures) specifically for you to work on. The duration of classes is of 60 or 90 minutes, and we can include relaxation / breathing techniques, yoga nidra or meditation. Have no doubts, yoga IS for you, regardless of your health condition, your age, your flexibility or your previous experience.

Details
The price is indicated per student / hour. The complete series of Bikram (hot) yoga is 90 minutes long, and represents the original (highly recommended) recipe. In case of teaching a full 90 min class, 50% shall be added to the hourly rate. For two or more students, a price reduction per student will be offered. The classes will be taught at a yoga studio in the centre of Bilbao (mat and shower included in the price).
