I hold a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certificate and a 300-hour Diploma in Teacher Training from Arogya Yogshala, accredited by Yoga Alliance USA. My journey with yoga is driven by a deep passion for holistic living, correct posture alignment, and therapeutic healing.
