About Adriana
Ayurveda and Holistic Wellness Coach, Certified Yoga Instructor and Ayurvedic Chef
Classical dance was part of my professional training, which led me to a deep understanding of the body. I finished this training alongside my degree in gastronomy, which is another of my great passions.
I studied yoga because I wanted to go beyond training the body, and that's where I found that spiritual part. Thanks to the study of yoga I found the Ayurvedic principles where the integration and balance of body, soul and spirit are sought, which motivated me to study and become certified in Yoga and Ayurveda in Thailand to deepen her knowledge and be able to share it.
[N ] Ayurveda proposes a lifestyle in greater connection and harmony with oneself and with nature, where you can get to know yourself and accept yourself with all the love you deserve.

My classes are based on Ayurveda medicine, which seeks the integral well-being of the person through asanas (postures), pranayamas (breathing exercises), meditation and conscious eating based on your body-mind constitution as well as the season of the year and your state of health.
All my classes include these elements to help you strengthen the immune system, improve digestion, relieve stress and anxiety, strengthen and make the mind and body stronger and flexible, and find balance in all areas of your life.
