About Ainsley
I’m a competitive swimmer at Bond University, where I also study. I won gold at the World Junior Swimming Championships last year and have a strong passion for swimming and helping others improve. I love sharing my experience and knowledge to help swimmers build confidence, develop their technique and enjoy swimming.

About the lesson

I tailor each lesson to the swimmer’s ability, using demonstrations, simple instructions and feedback to build confidence and improve technique. Lessons run for 30–60 minutes and suit beginners and developing swimmers. As a competitive swimmer, I bring experience in stroke technique, training and race preparation.
