I am an engineer, and I have been coaching students for the past 3 years now. I have 1.5 years of on-field experience. My main aim is to assure that students are not just preparing for exams, but they are being prepared for the years to come in their life.

Okay with my teaching methods, first I will have to know where the students is when it comes to the subjects, whether the students have basic understanding or no. Once I know students are aware of the topic I continue with the further advance topic and if not then I start with the basic concepts before proceeding. Then after every lecture a review is taken from the student about the lecture, to check if the student is in sync with me, and if not, then what changes need to be made. When a new session starts preview/revision of the previous lecture will be conducted so the students are getting prepared during the lecture itself, and bi-weekly test are taken, so the student doesn't have to do last minute preparation.
