My teaching approach is listening carefully to learners needs and use practical examples explaining things in an easy to understand manner. Being patient is really important also.
All students are individuals, and everyone learns in their own unique way. Some take time to pick up things whereas others pick up quite easily the material. The key is not to assume everyone will just pick up things. Just assess the learner's level and take it from there.
