About Curtis
I would like to tutor because I remember being in college and many of my peers struggling in some areas, without receiving much of the help they had needed due to teachers being busy. Oftentimes it would lead to me giving my friends a hand, which I found that I enjoyed. I see English at large (literature or language) as a very fluid subject that can require the perspective of someone else to unlock interesting insight when it comes to analysis or writing for yourself. I feel strongly that I can offer that!

An average lesson with me will run approximately an hour long, and we will take a look together at any areas you require my help in; whether that’s a book/text you have to analyse for your English class, or if you need me to look at your own creative writing with you, etc. I have a degree in Creative Writing at university level, and A-levels in Literature, Language & Film Studies (in which we wrote/analysed screenplays & scripts).
