About Sam
My name is Sam, and I firmly believe that students perform best when in a relaxed and safe environment. For some students that is not school and therefore it becomes difficult to unlock your full potential during a regular school day.
I have spent a lot of time teaching highly academic students who will go above and beyond on any piece of work, and I have also worked extensively with students who struggle more than their peers so no matter where you think you fall on this spectrum, my lessons can be adapted to fit you personally.

Often, there is a high barrier to entry when it comes to sending your child to tutoring, whether that comes from academic resistance or high social anxiety so I can assure you that my sessions are calm and consistently welcoming as to encourage the student to perform the best they can.
I have experience with all age groups, and have done extensive work with ages 11-16 in and out of a classroom environment. I understand that each student struggles in different areas and therefore lessons are adapted to fit the needs of the individual or can be changed by parental request.
Lessons can range from 30-45 minutes to fit your schedule, and would be perfect for any student needing support to achieve GCSE or A-Level standards.
