About Nataliya

I am a yogi. Certified yoga teacher by American Alliance. Yoga - It’s not a profession but according to Law of Universe about Giving and Receiving an energy, I have received the knowledge from Indian yogis, and I should transfer it and share with people. I have been teaching yoga in India Reshekesh, and in Ukraine.
Also I am a lawyer (Master of law), ballet dancer and a choreographer. I have been training yoga 12 years.
Now I am a student of London Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance on MA Choreography program. We should never stop developing and explore ours talents.

About the lesson

My teaching method base on the individual approach. Meditation is essential part of my class. My classes are all different, sometimes I follow the flow of energy and give vynasa flow yoga, or ashtanga yoga with breathing. Hatha Yoga is very important in my practice too with many kind of Pranayama (breathing).
Breath is the source of our being. All my practice base on Indian ancient manuscripts- Hathaprapadika, Yoga Pantanjali Yogasutras, Bhagavad-Gita and some Upansads. All these texts are the unique source of knowledge about yoga. I don’t belong to any religion, yoga for me is the windows to my inner world and to Universe. My methodology concerning yogic techniques and states, complex methods of breath-control and manipulating the vital energy. States of mind and body, and connections between our Self and Higher self.
