About Nathalie
I am a personable student who has just completed A level English (predicted A*) and have achieved a 9 in both English Language and Literature at GCSE. I have experience of the techniques and system in schools needed to achieve high marks, leading study groups and I have experience in helping teach kids. I have always loved English, reading for as long as I can remember and writing my own stories since I was little.

I am passionate about English and want to help students from Primary to A level work on their strengths and build a greater understanding and confidence in this subject.
Working over Zoom, I cover creative writing, reading, poetry and proofreading; helping students to understand then analyse their texts. I am a visual learner, revising best through flashcards, annotations and colour coding to bring the page to life. I help prepare students for exams; building their mindset, teaching essay planning and studying content in depth so they feel confident in any test or exam. Having written and completed an EPQ (achieving an A*), I can also help guide students in writing their own topic; helping them to structure, organise, plan and draft their ideas.
I think it's important to have a relaxed, constructive and comfortable environment to work in and really know my students' learning patterns so I can explore the best way to tutor and guide them.
