I am currently working as a nurse. I finished yoga teaching training in India and would like to share my knowledge and experience in yoga. I am practicing yoga for 7 years and it is my passion. I am interested in people`s stories as everyone of us has at least one to say. Namaste.

I like to teach individuals as well as groups. My approach is to incorporate all aspects of yoga into practice, not only physical but mental and spiritual as well. I like to start and finish yoga sessions with chanting and breathing practices to easy mind and therefore body.
