About Ashley
I’m a trauma-informed ERYT 500 yoga teacher with over six years of full-time teaching experience, guiding students through over a thousand classes in both studio and private settings. My background is rooted in vinyasa and yin/restorative yoga, with a strong emphasis on thoughtful sequencing, clear alignment, and creating a space where students feel comfortable, supported, and able to grow.
My teaching style is approachable, organized, and tailored to the individual. I believe yoga should be accessible to everyone, whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or looking to deepen an already established practice. I’m well-versed in yogic philosophy and love integrating it in a way that feels practical and relevant, while also offering purely physical, technique-focused sessions for those who prefer that approach.
Students often work with me to build strength, improve mobility, reduce stress, or simply create consistency in their routine. I take pride in being reliable, attentive, and responsive to each student’s needs, ensuring every session feels intentional and worthwhile. My goal is to help you feel confident in your practice and leave each class feeling more balanced, both physically and mentally!

My approach is rooted in meeting each student exactly where they are and building from there. With over six years of full-time teaching experience as a trauma-informed ERYT 500 with over 1000 classes taught, I blend structure with flexibility—offering guidance that is both grounded in traditional yoga and adaptable to your individual goals. I primarily teach vinyasa and yin/restorative yoga, and I weave in pranayama (breath work), alignment cues, and accessible language so you can feel both supported and challenged in a way that makes sense for your body.
A typical lesson is tailored to you. For some, that might look like a steady, intelligently sequenced vinyasa flow focused on strength, mobility, and balance. For others, it could be a slower, more restorative practice with longer holds, nervous system regulation, and deep stretching. If you're interested in the deeper layers of yoga, we can also integrate elements of yogic philosophy—like the Yoga Sutras, mindfulness, and meditation—into each session in a practical, easy-to-understand way.
What sets me apart is my ability to bridge the physical and philosophical sides of yoga without making either feel intimidating or out of reach. Whether you want a strong, well-rounded physical practice or are curious about diving deeper into the “why” behind yoga, I create a space that feels approachable, supportive, and personalized. My goal is to help you build a practice that is sustainable, empowering, and actually fits into your life.
These lessons are for all levels—from complete beginners who want to learn the foundations, to more experienced students looking to refine their practice or explore yoga beyond the physical postures. Whether you're looking for structure, stress relief, strength-building, or a deeper understanding of yoga as a whole, sessions are designed around what you want to get out of your practice. Sending love and gratitude!

Ashley has taught me yoga at least 30 times, all in different chapters of my life.
As someone who’s taken a yoga teacher training - I’m even more inspired now by her work, understanding and guidance.
She is thoughtful in her words and instruction. Her energy is light and welcoming.
I feel inspired to push myself, not pressured. And I feel celebrated not ashamed even when I take a rest, which is a big part of being able to come to your mat exactly the way you are.
My only complaint is, I wish she had online teaching so that I could take her with me when I’m traveling!!
