About Louise
I started my yoga journey in London giving me the wings to fly and a passion for connecting breath to body to movement as well as a desire to delve deeper, before moving to Los Angeles. My training at Liberation yoga in LA filled my heart and practice with love, courage and deep spiritual roots. I love to share this practice with others, putting together creative and inspiring sequences always coming from an inclusive place. My classes include spirituality, meditation and pranayama, encouraging people to come back to themselves one breath at a time. Since moving back to London I have continued her learning with over 600 hours of training in Hatha, Vinyasa, Mandala, Rocket, Yin & Pre/Post natal yoga. I love to be a constant student, seeking wonder and knowledge through all of my teachings, finding inspiration from my students and teachers alike. I teach across London and love to share this practice as part of community. With a focus on creating joy in movement and cultivating space in body and mind. Having just returned from maternity leave I am loving being back teaching and sharing this practice and I look forward to sharing this transformational practice with you!

My first yoga teacher training filled my heart and practice with love, courage and deep spiritual roots. I love to share this practice with others, putting together creative and inspiring sequences always coming from an inclusive place. My classes include spirituality, meditation and pranayama (breathwork) encouraging people to come back to themselves one breath at a time. With a focus on creating joy in movement and cultivating space in body and mind I have been teaching across London for almost 8 years. I teach across various styles of yoga including Vinyasa, Rocket, Hatha, Yin & Pre/Post natal. Having just returned my my own maternity leave, this is a real joy and specialism for me personally. My lessons are either 45/60/75/90 mins long and can be done in person across London or over zoom. My lessons are for everybody, and everyone. One of the joys of teaching 1-1 is allowing the adaptation of the practice to your own needs and goals - whether it's more space to breathe, time to relax with meditation and yin, preparing or recovering from birth or standing on your head, I love to hold that space. I am a forever student and am qualified in pre/postnatal yoga, Yin yoga, Rocket yoga, Mandala yoga, Vinyasa yoga and Yin yoga with over 600+ hours of teacher training under my belt.
