About Franco
Hi! I’m Franco, and I’ve spent over 20 years immersed in the world of martial arts. My journey has taken me from training and competing to coaching others in Muay Thai, Kickboxing, Boxing, and Taekwondo. I’ve had the privilege of working with everyone from competitive athletes to absolute beginners just starting their fitness journey.
I want to teach because I’m passionate about helping people discover what they are capable of. For me, training isn't just about physical strength; it’s about building confidence, mental resilience, and healthy habits that last a lifetime.
Whether you want to learn the technical side of striking, improve your agility, or just get a great workout through functional training and calisthenics, I’m here to support you. My goal is to create a motivating environment where you feel comfortable pushing your limits and having fun while doing it.

I offer private kickboxing, Muay Thai and boxing sessions focused on fight conditioning, technique, fitness and confidence building. Lessons are suitable for all levels, from complete beginners to those wanting to improve their skills.
Each 45-60 minute session is tailored to your goals, whether it’s getting fitter, learning proper punching/kicking technique, or general boxing training. Training is fun, safe and progressive.
