Hi, I’m Krystle — a passionate boxing coach dedicated to helping women build strength, confidence and resilience inside and outside the ring. Boxing changed my mindset before it changed my body. It taught me discipline, emotional control and how to channel stress into power. My sessions focus on technique, conditioning and mental toughness — whether you’re training for fitness, self-defence or to challenge yourself in a new way. I create a supportive but high-energy environment where you’ll be pushed safely and leave feeling stronger than when you walked in. If you’re ready to level up physically and mentally — let’s train.

About the lesson

Each session is tailored to your fitness level and goals. Lessons include: • Proper boxing stance and technique • Pad work combinations • Footwork drills • Conditioning circuits • Core and strength training • Optional stress-release rounds on the heavy bag Whether you’re brand new or looking to sharpen your skills, I focus on correct form, controlled intensity and building confidence every session.
