About Krystle
CERT IV in fitness - PUNCHFIT Cert. I have been boxing myself for over 4 years. I have sparred a couple of times. I love the sport. It helps with physical fitness and building self-discipline, however, the thing I love most about it is the mental clarity it brings. It helps to form a strong mind and an eagerness to achieve more, not just within the sport but life in general.

I believe having your certificate is one thing but having real life experience is another. Boxing training for me has been imperative to my everyday life. We all know that life isn’t the easiest at times and we all have times where we want to break, in those times in particular, for me personally, when I have found myself in difficult situations that are mentally exhausting , boxing has been the main thing to keep me level headed and sharp . I believe I have a great wealth of knowledge within the sport & I want to pass that on to those I train. I am very precise when it comes to training. I am looking to train females specifically who are looking at competing. I will not be offering boxer size programs, strictly technique, form and cardio to get you fight ready.
