after a brief review of your abilities and injury history I will look at creating an online weekly /monthly structure of classes to help you feel energised, cultivate a mindful practice and focus on expanding a strengthening and alignment focused program. My passion is creating online programs that integrate the physical aspects of yoga alongside allowing for meditation and breathwork. I love focusing on various themes such as hamstrings, shoulders, core stability etc. I like to keep things light hearted!
