About Melissa

I am a certified ISSA trainer . I have been teaching for offering successful online training for over 6 yrs and been in the industry for over 20 .I offer above and Beyond service for anyone's health , nutrition and fitness goals at affordable prices. I am a one of a kind trainer that in one session we can tackle personal training goals ,guided health and wellness individualized care programs( for nutrition and fitness) , and even relaxation , meditation and injury recovery time.

sessions are designed to meet your own personal fitness needs and goals your success is my passion.

I have been in the health fitness Industry for over 20 years. I am a master dance teacher, trainer and founder of tri flow fitness & health. As well as accredited by I SSA.

Sessions available in any of this areas; personal training sessionsnutrition , as well as I personally designed tri flow method ( this class includes yoga Pilates and barre ) choose from strength training ,yoga , Pilates meditation relaxation , injury rehabilitation , , interval training, cross training , or dance instruction in; lyrical , modern contemporary , ballet ,hip hop, tap acro , broadway , fitness for dancers , stretch and strength , choreography principles , creative movement ,

I have extensive experience training and teaching All ages and ability levels in all of these genres.

I take pride in my work and believe in my clients as their goals are my goals

I am available to my clients 24/7 For questions motivation and concerns

I enjoy working with clients one on one to truly meet their goals Above and beyond success I am so passionate about what I do as. I have lived through many of the experiences that my clients have gone through whether it is fitness goals health goals ,injury recovery elite athlete training.

I am extremely flexible with scheduleing as I know peoples lives can change week to week I am also open to talking about pricing as I know these are hard times and I still want to see people meet their goals . I love what I do I guarantee that you will be excited about the results you achieve

I studied dance health and fitness in college and danced professionally and a modern dance company for a couple of years I am truly passionate about health and fitness as I myself have gone through the journey and dance will always be a part of my life

I have been in the fitness health and dance around for over 20 years I have a college education in all of the backgrounds I have recommendations and references available
