In both education and performing arts I like to build relationship with the student and families. I like to gather information as to what the student has done before and their goals for the future. Afterwards I can create an individualized plan for the outlined goals. I reassure students of their strengths and then we continue to identify weak areas. I discuss methods to improvement and general assignments or exercises to work on independently.

Great experience for kids,really cares about the children's progress,helps them build their confidence and abilities at a very young age.Very hands on,one on one approach by the instructor Nd Jennece Black. Even if not all these kids don't eventually wind up in entertainment/performing careers,the skills and confidence they learn is very effective for whatever career they choose.
