About Jared
I love to write. I love to help my students with writing. I've always been great at both and I want to help you improve your writing skills. I also love History and the Humanities. No matter what you need help with, I can be there to guide you.
I got started recently, in fact. I found resources to teach online and went for it. My original plan was to teach at a traditional school, but I found a different opportunity.
I have a Bachelor of Arts in History from Freed-Hardeman University. During undergrad, I also studied disciplines like Ethics, Political Studies, and the Humanities.

Typically, I like for us to get to know each other first. I want my students to know they can trust me and be comfortable asking questions and getting help. This trust builds throughout the sessions, of course, but the initial meeting is where I like to become friends with my new student. Once we're acquainted, then the questions and tutoring begin.
I have worked with students who hate writing and history, some who love it, and even taught me new things.
I recently spent the holidays with my family as I always do. I'm very close with them and I really enjoy making memories every year.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Students should ask themselves questions like; "What areas could I improve? What are my strengths? What are my weaknesses? What do I want to learn more about? What am I struggling with most?" These will help a student learn more about what they need from their tutor.
