About Shirli Tehilah

Hello to you all,

my name is Shirli Regev, I live in Peoria Arizona.

In my professional life, I am Dr. of Holistic counseling Psychology & Pastoral consulting. I wrote 6 books about self-development, spirituality, and growth. I share what I do because today more than ever it is important for me to live and be defined by who I am rather than what I do.

In my many hats, and life experiences i was seeking for knowledge, how to develop and apply my best with whom i was at a certain time.I am Business, Health & Life Mentor & Hypnotherapy Psychotherapy Certified (TRANSFORMATIONAL THERAPY), Reiki Master, and a spiritual mentor. I am also a health and - life coach certified. My focus on my Master's degree was on coaching education, and my bachelor's degree is in business administration. In my early coaching journey, I also learned 2 years of special education.

Being in my professional life as a Dr. Holistic healing and coaching addresses all parts of an individual's life, not just the physical aspect. It's an ongoing journey of discovery in search of more answers, tools, skills, and understanding how to live better, healthier lives, and own your life’s, that leads and represents also who am I as a person.

I was seeking and still always am to learn and to develop more. I am a student of life, meaning learned and love the process of personal growth through my own private challenges. I learned and transformed the challenge into strength and seeked for answers. In my youth, I was in competitive I international sport - Judo, and stopped the competitive sport path when I lost my health and balance. This experience shaped my early career into coaching, special education, and mentoring others.

I learned that sometimes we take a left just to understand where is the right! If we go too much left, it might be challenging to finally find the right, but it is possible! All personal growth and development is dependent upon us becoming a better person, better rather than bitter and angry, broken, sad, and without a purpose.

Personal growth and development is a lifelong commitment of mine and discipline. I got to be comfortable with it rather than seeing it as a challenge. Because the way life works and feels is a work in progress. Join me to a meaningful Journey

From age 20 I have been coaching started as a Judo and young kids coach, developed into business coaching and with years and development into healing, health, life mentoring, and coaching. More over develop into more holistic understanding by learning my two Ph.D. in Holistic Counseling and Pastoral consulting psychology.
