About Jack

I can drive to the student if they don't feel like they're ready for class.

I like seeing others grow so they have confidence and teach them the ability to do things they never thought would be possible and encourage them to find out if the impossible is possible.

I met my instructor in San Angelo Texas in 1980 and he taught me everything I know.

I have over 40 plus years in the practice and teaching of Tang Soo Do. I learned from my instructor GM Donny Meadows.

About the lesson

My typical process is to teach them the basics unless they already know their material. Then I train them on forms, kicks, hand techniques, one step sparring and regular sparring.

I've worked with all ages and all types of students such as former students of various arts to ones who don't know anything about martial arts and self-defense.

Know your instructor well and ask lots of questions to know about the Martial Arts and to know yourself.
