About Deepak

I’m Deepak Sharma, a certified yoga instructor from Rishikesh, with training under the Bihar School of Yoga, founded by Sri Satyananda Saraswati. I specialize in Hatha Yoga, Pranayama, and Yoga Therapy, helping students improve their physical and mental well-being and develop a balanced, healthy lifestyle.

With approximately three years of yoga teaching experience in Rishikesh, I combine traditional yogic wisdom with a practical approach to wellness. My qualifications include a 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training Course (YTTC), Level 3 Yoga Certification Board (YCB) certificate, M.A. in Yoga, and a three-month Diploma in Yoga. I have also earned a Gold Medal in a Yoga competition.

About the lesson

Join my online yoga classes live from Rishikesh and experience authentic yoga for total wellness. I teach Hatha Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, and Therapy Yoga for lifestyle diseases like stress, diabetes, back pain, and more. Each session includes: Gentle warm-up Yoga Asanas Breathing techniques (Pranayama) Guided Meditation or Relaxation Classes are beginner-friendly, with personal guidance and focus on healing, flexibility, and peace of mind. Available in morning and evening batches via Zoom or Google Meet
