About Alexander
I have been training in Martial Arts since I was 6, and in Taekwondo since I was 11. I have always loved the art and sport of Taekwondo, and seek nothing more than self-mastery. I achieved my first Dan in 2020 and am going for my second degree this year, additionally I completed my certification at last year's ITFU Instructors Course held by Grandmaster Don Dalton. I love sharing the knowledge I have been taught and the idea of giving confidence to those who need it.

I offer both deep theoretical knowledge and physical training. I am able to cater to each student and work on fitness, conditioning, technique, patterns, fundamentals, or give them an overall foundation to see if they enjoy this wonderful sport! The lesson will begin with a warmup, before moving onto the students desired focus.
