About Cédric

Sports instructor for almost 10 years, I specialized in gentle gyms, yoga and Pilates. I pay particular attention to the well-being of my students; what matters to me is finding the right exercises that lead to steady progress and lasting results.

About the lesson

I teach this discipline by respecting the principles and fundamentals of the method and by adding my creativity in order to modify the basic movements and allow a varied practice. My goal is not only to strengthen your deep muscles and improve your posture, but also to support you for better control of your body. This involves exercises of balance, coordination or dissociation in order to strengthen the connection with your body.
