About Paul

My name is Paul and I live and teach in Hull. My reasons for training and learning JKD myself is for nothing other than protecting myself and my loved ones. I have never been interested in belts or competitions just what works when your life is on the line.Though JKD I have become confident in myself and at ease in any situation. I just want to pass that on.
