About Prashant Kumar
I am a cybersecurity expert who has a master's degree in cybersecurity from EURECOM, France, and a post-masters in Entrepreneurship from IIT Delhi. I have worked on Google WebRTC double encryption project in Singapore and then in BMW, France.
I have over 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, cyberthreat, finding bugs, and not to forget teaching. During my free time, I play CTF (Capture the flag) which is designed for hackers to take on new challenges and climb upto the rank. I play from team NOPS and we qualified for DEFCON, Las Vegas, USA (which is the holy grail of all security professionals).
Currently, I have my own startup and that is in EdTech where we are working on deeptech to do some ground breaking research in the field of education.

I like to keep my teaching method simple but also it is very much flexible depending upon the type of student I teach. In cybersecurity, you can only excel by doing practicals and practising a lot. The method I usually follow are:
1. Teach the basic terminologies and concept.
2. Solve some basic hacking challenges which are around the concept.
3. Teach the advanced topic related to the challenge
4. Solve advanced challenges
5. Ask the student to solve some challenges and monitor their progress
6. QnA session
7. Exam
