About Danielle
I am an experienced tutor, having tutored in Japan and Australia. I have tutored primary and high school students as well as university undergraduate students. I am a competent and confident teacher, who is patient and understanding but one who requires students to do the tasks assigned to them. I am here to improve their english skills through guidance and planned study, rather than do assignments for them. My students have excelled under my tutelage, going from D students to A students.

I determine the student's needs for tutoring as a first step. I then develop a lesson plan with them, focusing on their weaknesses. My tutoring style is inclusive, using prompts the student can follow to improve their English literacy, comprehension and presentation. My lessons are for students at the beginner and advanced level. I have been an editor and book reviewer for QUT, covering books of all genres, including text books and across all genres. I have an undergraduate degree with a major in English from the University of Qld. The cost of lesson will depend on the level at which the student is studying and their current understanding of the subject matter.
