Sophie is a friend who has discussed various philosophers, their arguments and her own philosophical arguments with me as well teaching me how to think 'better'. She has strengthened my ability 'to think' about complicated issues and to reflect more critically on my own strongly held positions and beliefs. I've known her since she studied at the University of Warwick.

She doesn't spoon-feed knowledge, but rather gets you to think for yourself. Her teaching style is to ask questions and work with you to get to an answer, while analyzing each logical step in that process. She's very good at breaking big, complicated ideas and theories into more manageable chunks.
