About Bartosz
I graduated from Durham University with a degree in International Relations. I received an A* in History at both GCSE and A-Level and an A in politics A-Level. I have also been an Academic Parent at my University College, meaning I assisted incoming first year politics students with the course, giving advice on studying and the course content. My other experiences include teaching in a primary school, where I acted as a class assistant for varying age groups. I have also been a Current Affairs editor at a student publication and a frequent contributor to many other platforms, which gives me a wider understanding of politics.

I offer lessons in history and politics for GCSE and A-Level students. My approach is to first clarify what is needed in a specific scenario, which consists of two elements: the student's learning methods and the content which must be learned. The first lesson would consist of establishing whether the student requires help with their learning methods or the content, and from that point the lessons would be designed along the lines of those two areas. Assistance in learning methods would consist of skills such as note taking, exam revision, essay writing, and critical thinking, whilst content assistance would consist of establishing a clear outline of what the student is struggling. When the student's needs in both areas have been established we can work together through a series of exercises which would strengthen their abilities and knowledge.
