I adopt adult learning method. I inspire student to think and be innovative in approach and understanding. I structure 30 students in a class, best students would be organized in the middle or back, slow performer in the first three row. Group discussions, questions and answers among participants would be done . Exposures will be organized for better understanding. Topics will be allotted for handling sessions.

Details
Rs. 2000 per hour for teaching, Rs. 4000 per hour for Ph.Ds , research scholars and internship students. Cancellation from students part, they have to bear 50% of the fee. On my part, against mutual consultation, the classes would be compensated.
