About Vidisha
Hey! I’m Vidisha, a film and media enthusiast who loves helping people tell stories that connect. I hold a BA in Journalism and Mass Communication from Amity University and an MA in Film, Television and Screen Industries from the University of Nottingham — so you could say I’ve lived and breathed media from both creative and academic sides! I’ve worked across film festivals, radio, and live events, supporting everything from programming and production to social media and event coordination. Some of my favourite experiences include reviewing films for the Nottingham Film Festival and producing live segments for Radio Gupshup 94.3 FM. Through all of that, one thing became clear: I love sharing what I know. Whether it’s helping someone analyse a film scene, craft a story idea, or polish an essay, I enjoy making learning interactive, fun, and confidence-boosting. In my lessons, we don’t just memorise theory — we explore it. We connect ideas to real films, TV shows, and creative projects. My goal is to help you find your voice, think critically, and express your ideas clearly — whether you’re studying for exams, working on a uni project, or just curious about the world of media and storytelling. When I’m not teaching, you’ll probably find me watching short films, sketching, or discovering new music and global cinema. Let’s turn your creative spark into something amazing!
