About Gina
I am a software developer I love teaching and imparting my knowledge on others so that they are able to grow, as I did. I have previously taught horse riding professionally, and my students were all top in their disciplines, and I have shown people how to use computers on many an occasion.

I like to teach by first showing the student how to do something, then letting them try on their own, with me available to give instruction where needed, then without instruction. This allows the student to first get comfortable doing something, and with that confidence, they are usually able to complete all tasks successfully. After a basic understanding is achieved, the students will then need to apply that same knowledge to new areas without instruction in order to test their ability to transfer knowledge between tasks.
