I know Mark from the US Army National Guard’s Officer Candidate School, this is where I saw his style of leadership and mentorship. One of his greatest strengths was academics. With this strength he would take a lot of his personal time to help mentor and tutor the rest of his fellow classmates in order to increase their chances to pass the academics portion.
