First I would like to get to know the students, their learning styles and capabilities in order to cater the lesson to their needs. Learning objectives are important as they offer motivation and ensure that the students are working towards the right track. Socratic questioning is also a useful way of helping those who are struggling. This method involves offering questions that will make the students think and in turn drawing out the answer from them.
