About Maria
Hello I am Maria! I offer to teach English conversation classes both in person and online. I have lived in England for 7 years and the last three have been for my undergraduate degree in Psychology at King's College London University. I have experience teaching, I have been a support teacher of English and Spanish to children between 5 and 13 years old both in Madrid and in England.

My classes and the methodology are adapted to the student and the level of demand. I have always had dynamic and entertaining classes ensuring that my students do not lose the desire to learn and continue the next lessons. Before starting with a student I always make sure I know what their goals are at a personal and school level to organize the lessons based on those guidelines. If I work with children I always write to the parents once a week to make sure of the journey they take to school and to work with that. With the youngest students I do various activities within a class such as masks, theaters, markets, cooking, drawing, coloring, etc. The most important thing when doing these activities is that I only speak in English and they are always related to the topic of that lesson. For example, if we make animal masks that day we will dedicate ourselves to learning vocabulary, writing and talking about different animals.
