First we'll determine your level of the understanding of the english language but usually, I focus on the basics first and then we'll move up to reading, understanding and speaking the language. Then we'll do some comprehension, essay and letter writing etc. Lastly, depending on your desires we'll focus on the literature part where we analyze extracts, poetry and other documents.
