As a now-university student who has helped tutor English for all of high school, I believe I've finally cracked the code to a perfect approach:
We'll begin with warmups every lesson - this could be a writing or reading prompt. From there, we'll break down a core concept using examples from something you're interested in, like pop-culture or a book example.
Next is hands-on writing or "decoding" an excerpt/text of your choice. I've got plenty of options! Finally, we'll share our findings and work together to overcome any confusion.
These classes are perfect for students from first to fifth grade interested in growing their English skills!
