About Candice
I am dedicated to helping others achieve their fitness goals as well as a hard worker who pays attention to detail. My passions include teaching yoga, helping people feel better in their bodies and help them to improve their range of motion, flexibility and overall mental and physical health. Other passions involve writing, traveling, charity and volunteer work. I have hosted a successful Yoga Cancer Awareness fundraiser to help pay for a friend's chemo treatment and in the past I have done multiple fundraisers and charity work for the SPCA's in the East Rand as well as Puppy and Kitty Haven, Dogtown SA, Woodrock Animal Rescue and 9th Day Rescue.

Great experience doing a few private yoga sessions with Candice in the comfort of my own home.
Candice is very professional, and reliable. She makes you feel comfortable, even when you know you are not doing the poses correctly. She will guide you and teach you. I look forward to my yoga sessions.
