My teaching method is a combination of many different styles. Trained in Vinyassa flow, but combining it with Forrest and Iyengar as well as adding my own personal touch. I base my classes around the energy I feel in the room. I will plan classes if my students wish to focus on an area of the body or particular poses they wish to work on.
My focus is on traditional Hatha yoga, as well as Yin yoga as I find it amazing for one's transactions. Yoga is not about the physical activity at first, although it is very essential. In my classes I add pranayama techniques at the beginning to help you focus inside & build that inner heat.
I base my classes on creating a connection to the "feeling' in your body. My practice is very intuitively based and I like to hold a space where people can connect deeply to their own bodies and move from that space. I love to combine slow, flowey sequences with fiery, strong holds but am very adaptable to the needs of the person or class.

This lesson is available for beginners, intermediate, or advanced practitioners who want to clear out stale energies that hold them back in the form of negative, self-deprecating, emotions or crippling patterns of behavior. My technique combines my two realms of study in Tantric Hatha Yoga mixed with the energizing flow of Vinyasa to give and uplifting and invigorating experience.
