About Sofia

I Have been practicing yoga for over 10 years and it has helped me a lot to navigate life and all its challenges. I believe yoga is not only a physical practice, but also a mind and spirit exercise that allows you to live a life full of mindfulness and more connected and grounded to your inner self

About the lesson

Yoga has taught me that movement is not about creating shapes but it’s extremely important to know how to move your body in a safe and functional way.
The classes I teach are vinyasa based that focus on alignment as well as finding balance between strength and flexibility, allowing different levels of practitioners to embark on their own journeys to find peace, balance and happiness.
