About Kirsten
I have been teaching middle school for nearly a decade! I typically teach 7th and 8th grade students in language as well as literature. I also have experience as a YMCA academic tutor and an adult ESL teacher. I LOVE teaching middle school and work to build confidence, skills, and creativity. I can't wait to meet you!

I lean on my years of educator experience, as a middle school teacher, youth tutor, and adult ESL teacher. After discussing your goals and interests, I will build lessons to meet your needs! That may include reading short stories and building comprehension strategies, working through grammar instruction and practice, or building a piece of writing!
