More than 7+ years experience in teaching. Last 4 years I have been teaching online. One of the main reason “ why do I teach?” is next: I am convinced that English can completely change somebody's life. I teach adults 18-100 y.o. I work with different levels from A1 to B2. I can't say that I prefer only one kind of teaching approach. But most of all I Iike a communicative one. The main reason is that most students feel the lack of speaking and they need English for communication. I believe that videos, pictures and games can make my lessons modern, motivating and above all memorable enough. Besides, I love teaching grammar. And some techniques like finding synonyms, fill in the blanks can give the students a deeper understanding of a language. Forteaching Pronunciation I use the Audio-lingual approach: minimal pairs, drills and dialogues.
