About Adedunke
I’m Adedunke, an English teacher, a poet, a writer and a bibliomaniac (someone who’s obsessed with books). I love to decipher books to try and understand the writer’s thought process. Teaching for me is a way of gathering diverse perspectives from a variety of minds. I love teaching GCSE students because I was once in their shoes and that allows me to teach in ways I know resonate with their younger minds.

A lesson plan is constructed to suit each student’s needs, based on the outcome of our first conversation and you would be given a preview of what topics we would be discussing. I believe a student should be allowed to contribute to the lessons as much as a teacher can, learning is a two-way process so if you ever have a problem about my teaching or my methods feel free to ask and share your concerns. I tend to focus more on high school students (year 10-11) but younger students are also welcome. Typical general lessons are about 1.5 hrs-2hrs. For GCSE students, 2hrs lessons are advisable.
