About Sara

I am a dedicated and passionate yoga teacher with a profound commitment to the practice and its transformative benefits. My teaching philosophy emphasises inclusivity and personal growth, fostering a safe environment for students of all levels. I am enthusiastic about sharing my knowledge and inspiring others to embrace yoga as a holistic path to well-being. Always on the move to go deeper and deeper. Currently traveling across Nepal to know more about meditation and learn different techniques.

To practice yoga you don't need anything else just yourself. With or without a mat, brandy clothes, at the studio, at home or just over Zoom.
If you’re ready to start or deepen your journey, I’m here to guide you along.

My passion is to make yoga accessible and meaningful for everyone.
Each class is designed to foster deep connections within oneself. I emphasise the importance of honouring your own body and its limits, encouraging you to listen to your own intuition and let your moves be the moves of truth. My guidance is rooted in traditional practices, but I adapt the sequences to make them accessible and beneficial for all levels. Moreover, as yoga is not only asanas, I love to include meditation and pranayamas in the classes while I incorporate live singing (in-person classes). I use my voice to enhance the atmosphere and create a deeper connection to the practice and one's body, as the frequency of singing is healing.

Before we get started, I offer a free 30-minute video call to understand your specific goals and motivation (this doesn’t include practice).
