I specialize in helping older adults and beginners gain confidence through clear, jargon-free explanations and patient, one-on-one guidance. Whether you want to connect with family or master your digital files, we will get there together.
My Teaching Method I take a calm, step-by-step approach. Every lesson is adapted entirely to your pace and interests. Using screen-sharing technology, I can show you exactly what to do on your screen in real-time, making our distance between Spain and Australia feel like I'm sitting right next to you. I explain everything in plain English (or Spanish), ensuring you feel comfortable every step of the way.
A Typical Lesson Includes:
- Warm-up: A quick review of what we covered last time to refresh your memory.
- Hands-on Practice: Real-life tasks like sending emails, using Zoom/Skype to call family, or organizing your photos.
- Q&A: Dedicated time for any questions or repeating the "tricky parts."
- Optional "Homework": A simple task to practice between lessons to keep your skills sharp.
- Personalized Guides: I can provide simple visual guides or cheat sheets for you to refer to later.
Two Learning Paths Available:
1. Flexible Personalized Mentoring: We focus entirely on your specific questions, troubleshooting, or learning at your own spontaneous pace.
2. 4-Week Beginner Course (2x per week — 8 sessions total): A structured, outcome-based roadmap covering device essentials (mouse/keyboard/touchscreen), secure browsing and scam prevention, email/video calling, and managing files/photos.
